Great service the kid with the tattoos was outstanding will def use again
We hired Cody's Carpet Care to clean our upstairs. We were very unhappy with how our higher traffic areas were cleaned. As a carpet cleaning business, one would think that they would give some extra attention to those areas that have more traffic, but no. My hallway looked the same as it did prior to the cleaning in less than a week. The rest of my home was fine - when I called back to let them know I was unhappy, they said I needed to let them know by the next day if I wasn't happy. Considering we didn't walk on it that night, or the next morning because it wasn't dry in the morning, and we were at work all day, it is impossible to know if it is truly clean or not that soon. I will pay a little more in the future and have it done right.
Cody's is wonderful to work with. They not only do a great job but they are very affordable. We've used Cody's for years to clean our carpet and furniture and love the way it looks and smells afterwards! We will continue to be a loyal customer and send other home-owners their way.
